My trauma-informed coaching services include life and parent coaching, parenting classes, youth and adult life coaching, grief education and support, body doubling and brainspotting. I can also meet however is most convenient for you: in person, online or in your home.
Creative Services
I also offer creative services like artistic support groups, individual art lessons, custom art, paint parties, window painting and murals to inspire community connection and personal expression. With every art commission, I can offer more low-cost and volunteer services to individuals and families in the community and around the world!

My business name “Gallimaufry” means a confused jumble or medley of things, and it perfectly captures the wide-ranging, tailored, and wonderfully diverse set of services I offer to help you thrive!
While my focus is providing trauma-informed coaching services, I also offer I also offer creative services to help make my coaching costs more affordable for those who need. With every art commission, I can offer more low-cost and volunteer services to individuals and families in the community and around the world!

Coaching Services
Life is complex, but getting the support you need doesn’t have to be. I strive to partner with therapists and other specialists to create a comprehensive, collaborative care team dynamic – ensuring holistic support for every client and family.
I believe coaching should be accessible for those that need it, and I offer financial assistance options for motivated individuals and families. Please, do not let financial limitations to keep you from receiving the support you need. Scholarship and partial scholarship opportunities are available upon request.
Creative Services
Gallimaufry means a confused jumble or medley. As a neurodivergent creative, I am always growing my skills, talents and finding new ways to make my services more accessible for anyone and everyone seeking support in life.
As a professional artist, I love bringing art and creativity into a healing and growth space, as well as out to the community! My art sales enable me to make my coaching costs lower, and I love finding ways to support my family and other families at the same time!
My creative services include: Window Painting, Murals, Commissioned Paintings, Wood Burning, Illustration, Paint and Sip Nights, Group Events, Classes and just about any new artistic venture you can dream up!
